CONFERENCE ATTENDEE REGISTRATION
Registration Includes Education Program and all Conference meals:
- 2 Full American Breakfast Buffets on Monday and Tuesday
- 2 Buffet Lunches (box lunch with golf tournament) on Monday and Tuesday
- 3 Evening receptions and dinners on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
- Special menus designed for children
- Nightly Entertainment
Registration fee does not include airfare, hotel or other costs.
ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATION
The Spouse and Child Registration fee includes Conference meals, but not the Education Program. Accompanying persons are to be registered on the primary Conference Attendee's registration form, including all activities for these individuals.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Submit cancellation notices in writing via email to register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com or via mail to WSSLC 2008, 2545 SW Spring Garden St., Suite 150, Portland, OR 97219.
- Cancellations received by Friday, May 30, 2008 entitle the registrant to a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received between May 31 and June 30, 2008 will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
- Cancellation requests received after June 30, 2008 will not receive a refund; however substitutions may be made until the start of the conference.
- Excursions are non-refundable after June 20, 2008.
