Reservations received after June 13, 2008 will be handled on a space and rate availability basis.

Sunriver Resort rates are subject to tax and other applicable assessments at the time of check in. Currently, there is a 16% tax and assessment, plus a 1% state tax. All percentages are subject to change.
Check in/Check out
Check in begins at 4:00 pm, some units may not be available until after 6:00 pm. This applies primarily to the homes and condominiums for the possibilities of a late check-in. Guest rooms, suites and River Lodges will be available at the standard time of 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
The equivalent of one night’s lodging will be billed to the individual’s credit card for guests who do not arrive or if a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. A confirmed guest who fails to arrive on their scheduled arrival date will be considered a “no show and their entire reservation will be cancelled. A guest who departs prior to their confirmed departure date will be charged for the unused balance of their stay.
